Follow up on the EE Saga

After sooo many attempts to resolve the situation with EE, they MAY have resolved issues! They have given me a whopping credit of £120, equal to one month's bill, almost, BUT, the £10 160.00 is still showing on my account! This is due to be called for by DD on the 15th June, but my account period ends on the 7th June. So, if the amount is still 'outstanding' after the 7th, I have no option but to cancel my direct debit. I cannot afford for them to cause me to have a bounced DD on my account.

The whole thing is pathetic, and almost laughable at this point if it wasn't so tragic. I pleaded with them to cancel my contracts so I can go elsewhere, but no, you're in a contract, so they get to screw with me for another year!

Rest assured, I firmly hate EE, and will leave them as soon as I can.
